Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead - Paint Focus in Wisconsin to lead onsite engineering teams, drive standardized processes, and improve finish quality and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing/ops engineering with paint experience, 3+ years of people leadership, and a strong command of DFMA, Lean, and data-driven improvements through analytics and digital tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in manufacturing or operations engineering with paint/coating experience.
3+ years of people management leading technical teams.
Experience with paint application systems, curing, and line optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead onsite Manufacturing Engineering team for new product launches and improvements.
Serve as technical expert for paint systems, coating applications and curing processes.
Design and sustain paint manufacturing processes to improve quality and throughput.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and capital project justifications.
Support standard work, labor models, and capacity planning.
