Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead - Paint Focus to lead onsite teams, standardize processes, and drive data-driven improvements across SQDCM metrics in a manufacturing setting.

The role emphasizes coaching, standard work, and leader-as-teacher while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are integrated into all designs and changes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations engineering.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with paint application systems, curing processes, coating quality standards, paint line optimization is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite Manufacturing Engineering team to support new product launches and continuous improvement with focus on paint and finishing operations.
• Serve as the technical expert for paint systems, coating applications, surface preparation, curing processes, and paint quality standards.
• Design, optimize and sustain paint manufacturing processes to improve quality, throughput, productivity, and cost performance.
• Develop business cases, cost models, and ROI analyses to justify technology investments and capital projects.
• Support development of standard work, labor models, line balancing, and capacity plans.
• Drive DFMA engagement to ensure products are designed for flexibility, serviceability, and efficient assembly.
• Champion Lean principles focused on flow, setup reduction, visual management, and waste elimination.
• Guide use of advanced analytics, simulation, and digital manufacturing tools to improve scheduling and decision making.
