Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manufacturing Engineer (Skunk Works) to bridge design engineering and production, delivering efficient manufacturing processes for advanced aircraft.

You will use PLM/MES tools to create production planning, work instructions, and drive improvements on the shop floor while collaborating with design, quality, and supply chain teams. A Secret security clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing Engineering and/or Production Engineering experience.
• 3DX PLM software experience (Dassault Systèmes).
• MES experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create Production Planning/Work Instructions using PLM/MES tools.
• Interface with shop floor to resolve build issues and implement process improvements.
• Guide hourly/represented planners and oversee build documentation release.
• Support manufacturing system upgrades and integration of new technologies.
