Job summary

Greenworks Tools seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPI manufacturing planning and launch strategies. You will drive DFM/DFA improvements, develop assembly and test processes, and ensure safe, efficient production with scalable layouts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in manufacturing/NPI, with lean, automation, and ERP/MRP experience, plus strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills. On-site role in Morristown, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical/ Automation/ Logistics engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with large-scale assembly operations.
• Experience supporting NPIs and capital equipment implementation.
• Lean manufacturing, DF(M)/DFA knowledge and process validation basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities and manufacturing planning with R&D.
• Drive DFM and DFA improvements for product launches.
• Develop and optimize assembly, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Design layouts and material flow to maximize productivity.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation including PFMEAs and SOPs.
• Support production ramp-up and compliance with safety guidelines.
