Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC, home to POM Wonderful, seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to drive plant performance improvements through process optimization, automation initiatives, and reliability programs on the manufacturing floor.

You will lead Lean projects, analyze OEE data, and support digitalization efforts using SCADA, MES, CMMS, Power BI, and related manufacturing systems, collaborating across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT/OT to achieve measurable gains in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing losses and implementing improvements.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT/OT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor to identify safety, quality, reliability, and productivity opportunities.
• Analyze OEE, downtime, quality, waste, labor, capacity, and reliability data to prioritize improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem solving.
• Facilitate root-cause investigations using A3, PDCA, 5 Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
• Support automation, controls, digitalization, and manufacturing technology projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and implementation plans for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT/OT teams to sustain improvements.
• Support deployment of manufacturing systems including SCADA, MES, CMMS, Power BI, and data platforms.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
