Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in process engineering and project execution.
- Lean manufacturing, composite process and equipment development.
- Willingness to travel ~20% to support trials, startup, and supplier visits.
Responsibilities
- Design, specify, and implement tooling and equipment to scale new manufacturing technologies from pilot to shop floor.
- Own development and refinement of manufacturing workflows using Lean and RCA.
- Leverage Industry 4.0 data-driven insights to monitor and optimize process performance.
- Support automation, robotics, and complex process solutions.
- Deploy global process standards and training modules across the supply chain.
