Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Technology industrialization: design, specify, and implement tooling and equipment.
• Own development and refinement of manufacturing workflows; apply Lean methods.
• Leverage data-driven insights and Industry 4.0 to monitor performance.
• Support automation, robotics, and complex process solutions.
• Deploy global process standards, control plans, and training modules.
• Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, and Operations on roadmaps.
