Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/related engineering field.
• 8-10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in machining and assembly environments.
• Experience with CNC machining processes and assembly operations.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with robotic automation and Industry 4.0 technologies (preferred).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, and SPC.
• Experience in heavy industrial equipment, fabricated metal products, rotating equipment, or engineered products manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize machining and assembly processes.
• Design and implement manufacturing methods that improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Create standard work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing procedures.
• Support new product introductions and production transfers.
• Lead automation projects and capital equipment initiatives.
• Ensure quality & regulatory compliance across manufacturing processes.
