Requirements

• Perform advanced maintenance and repair across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
• Lead and assist maintenance staff on complex projects and ensure work is completed to code and company standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections on building systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors for specialized repairs, installations, or major projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation to visit various job sites.
• Proficient in English and authorized to work in the US.

Compensation

• $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience
• $1,000 Sign‑on Bonus ($500 after first 90 days & $500 after six months of consistent employment)
