Job summary

Hickman’s Family Farms in Tonopah, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Moba egg grading and packaging machines and related production equipment. You will build on Technician I skills and perform preventive maintenance to keep lines running and minimize downtime.

You will document PM tasks, identify parts, coordinate purchases, and collaborate with production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Experience with Moba equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on Moba egg grading/packaging machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Execute preventive maintenance and document tasks completed.
• Identify and purchase required parts; track orders and inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety rules.
