Job summary

thyssenkrupp Presta Dynamic Components is a leading auto industry partner for drivetrain components and thermal management modules. This Advanced Machine Operator role focuses on starting up machines, changing tooling, and maintaining high quality in a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include operating state-of-the-art equipment, following control plans, and training teammates to sustain production efficiency and a zero-defect standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Experience with SAP and work order systems; proficient with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Start up machines and change tooling to run different products.
• Train others and support teamwork to maximize throughput.
• Maintain safety, quality, and 6S standards in the work area.
• Perform line set-ups, startup and changeovers; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Complete control plan inspections and document related activities.
• Address down times by escalating when necessary.
