Job summary

thyssenkrupp Presta Dynamic Components is seeking an Advanced Machine Operator to start up machines, perform tool changes, and monitor quality per control plans. You will troubleshoot, maintain safety standards, and support production across shifts in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role emphasizes safe production, adherence to 6S standards, and collaboration with senior operators to maximize efficiency and protein output. A strong commitment to safety is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; math skills; read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Knowledge of SAP and Windows/Microsoft Office helps perform job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Run and operate equipment to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Complete line set-ups and changeovers; support maintenance tasks.
• Maintain 6S in work area and follow control plans and safety rules.
• Assist other operators and train others as needed.
• Process quality holds and escalate when nonconformities occur.
