Job summary

Eissmann-Group-Automotive is seeking a Production & Machine Operator to perform manufacturing and assembly operations in alignment with safety, quality, and production standards. You will operate production equipment, inspect parts for defects, and support efficient production to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience to safely operate manufacturing equipment, machinery, tools, and workstations.
• Basic understanding of product inspection, defect identification, and quality requirements.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE requirements.
• Ability to understand and follow standardized work instructions, specifications, and production documentation.
• Ability to identify production, quality, or equipment concerns and communicate issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery, equipment, tools, and workstations per procedures.
• Follow standardized work instructions, production specifications, and cycle times.
• Perform equipment start-up, basic adjustments, and shutdowns as trained.
• Monitor equipment and notify issues to appropriate personnel.
• Meet production, efficiency, and output targets.
