Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate basic machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: Experience with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for the production program by tooling and parameter setting according to work order.
• Operate and monitor machines, following documented procedures.
• Inspect parts for defects and discard defective items per protocol.
• Support maintenance to prevent downtime and inspect machines.
• Adhere to safety rules and use PPE at all times.
