Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate in English.
• Ability to operate medium-complex machinery for inspection.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Preferred: 2+ years experience operating machines in manufacturing.
• Preferred: experience with power tools.
• Preferred: ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in first test sequences.
• Oversee machine ramp-up after setup and support Operators in machine operation.
• Support maintenance with machine repair, downtime prevention, and inspections.
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Check finished products/product components and submit them for approval.
• Follow safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
