Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to read and use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to operate medium‑complex machinery for inspection.
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions in English.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum of two years of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Good visual acuity and ability to lift medium-heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines and perform accuracy checks in first test sequences.
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines.
• Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines.
• Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Check finished product/product component and submit for approval.
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of PPE at all times.
