What You’ll Do
Master Every Station – Confidently handle any area of the kitchen with skill and consistency.
Lead by Example – Show up on time, ready to lead, hustle, and inspire fellow cooks.
Prep Like a Pro – Take inventory, prep your mise en place, and requisition ingredients for smooth service.
️ Plate Perfection – Follow recipes to spec, correct them if needed, and serve flawless dishes every time.
️ Work Smart – Apply proper heating, cooling, storage, and FIFO practices to keep food safe and fresh.
Clean as You Go – Keep your station clean and organized from open to close.
Problem Solve & Collaborate – Jump in to help teammates, offer feedback, and support continuous improvement.
What Makes You a Great Fit
️ 2+ Years Experience in a Line Cook Role
️ Able to Lead & Follow – You’re equally strong at taking initiative and working within a team
️ Detail-Oriented & Fast-Paced – You can handle pressure without sacrificing quality
️ Recipe Confident – You know when to follow and when to adjust
️ Food Safety Certified (Preferred)
️ High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
Safety & Sanitation
Maintain a spotless, organized station
Follow state/local health & food safety standards
️ Use equipment safely and efficiently
Know your role during emergencies and respond quickly
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, twist, and stretch throughout the shift
Work in hot, humid, fast-paced environments
️ Stay calm and focused during rushes
