Job summary

Pafford EMS is seeking qualified Emergency Medical Technicians and Advanced Life Support providers to respond to pre-hospital emergencies and deliver life-saving care on scene and during transport. You will train and direct first responders, perform rapid assessments, and follow established medical protocols to preserve life.

The role requires ACLS/PALS and CPR certification, an EMT or AEMT license, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments within our Mississippi service area.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain AEMT licensure/certification.
• CPR for Health Care Providers (AHA/ASHI/ECSI) required.
• Must possess and maintain ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient Advanced Life Support to ill and injured.
• Direct and manage first responders at the scene of medical emergencies.
• Transport patients safely to medical facilities while maintaining patient care.
