Job summary

Pafford Emergency Medical Services seeks an experienced EMS clinician to deliver Advanced Life Support on scene, stabilize patients, and coordinate care with responders and hospital staff.

The role requires AEMT licensure with CPR, ACLS, and PALS, plus ongoing CEVO/EVOC training. You will drive and operate emergency ambulances, document care, and ensure protocol compliance during critical situations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Must possess and maintain unrestricted AEMT licensure/certification.
• Must possess CPR for Health Care Providers.
• Must possess ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Must have NFPA/EMT training credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Advanced Life Support to ill and injured patients at the scene, including invasive and noninvasive techniques.
• Recognize medical emergencies and perform differential diagnoses.
• Transmit patient information, clinical findings, and treatments for hospital handoff.
• Coordinate with first responders and emergency personnel to ensure rapid and safe patient transport.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely under all conditions and maintain vehicle readiness.
