Job summary

Pafford EMS is seeking a highly qualified EMS professional to perform Advanced Life Support, patient assessment, and scene leadership in the Ridgeland, MS area. You will coordinate with responders, perform critical care, and ensure safe patient transport to facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; higher degree preferred.
• Must hold AEMT licensure/certification.
• CPR for Health Care Providers required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Unrestricted state driver’s license.
• NIMS 700, IS-800, CEVO/EVOC or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced Life Support at the scene and direct patient care.
• Assess medical emergencies and perform differential diagnoses.
• Lead and coordinate first responders on scene.
• Transport patients to medical facilities safely.
• Document patient information and care reports for billing.
• Maintain equipment and respond to rescue operations.
