The role requires handling emergencies across varied terrains and maintaining equipment and vehicles in top condition. The ideal candidate holds AEMT licensure, ACLS, PALS, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, with FEMA/NIMS certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess unrestricted AEMT licensure/certification.
• CPR certification for Health Care Providers (AHA/ASHI/ECSI) required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• Unrestricted driver’s license.
• FEMA IS-800, NIMS 700 preferred.
• CEVO or EVOC training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, Advanced Life Support on-scene and during transport.
• Direct and manage first responders at the scene.
• Maintain and document patient information for hospital and billing use.
• Operate emergency medical vehicles safely under all conditions.
• Coordinate care with physicians and hospital staff.
• Train junior personnel in rescue and medical procedures.
• Perform technical rescues and handle varied terrain incidents.
• Adhere to policies and record-keeping standards.
