Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent training with journey-level experience.
• Advanced work experience in the specialty area; master’s degree may substitute.
• Previous technical supervisory work experience required for supervisory positions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with faculty and graduate students on equipment design and modification for research.
• Supervise complex electromechanical lab equipment, including electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Support CETL/Rich Lab facilities' maintenance and operation.
• Train and supervise graduate students and technicians on CETL shop tools and safety.
• Maintain administrative records and prepare tags for gas cylinders.
• Operate Geoprobe and forklift; transport and store equipment as required.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
