Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of injection molding maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with plastic injection molding equipment preferred.
• Ability to read prints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP or MP2 experience is a plus.
• Forklift or aerial lift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical maintenance duties.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding equipment
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on machinery and facility equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Support facility start-up and shutdown activities
• Complete welding, fabrication, HVAC, plumbing, and other maintenance-related tasks as needed
• Coordinate contractors, schedule parts and services, and maintain maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and company safety standards
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Injection Molding Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a maintenance professional with injection molding experience looking for competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $32.50 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding equipment
