Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal housekeeping roles in the United States. Starting wage is $22.00/hr, with a range up to $29.22/hr, and full-time hours are available. Roles require English communication, 1-3 years in housekeeping, flexible schedules, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest units, offices, and common areas following quality, health, and safety standards.
• Replenish amenities in guest units, offices, and common areas.
• Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies.
• Report lost and found items, damages, safety concerns, or accidents to management.
• Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees to ensure standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and teammates.

Job Responsibilities

Clean guest units, offices, andandcommon areas(including restrooms) at the property ensuring adherence to Vail Resorts quality, health, and safety standards

Replenish amenities in areas including, but not limited to guest units, offices, andandcommon areas(including restrooms)

Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies in workthecart and storage closet

Report any lost and found items, damage, safety concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or injuries to management

Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees ensuring adherence to company housekeeping policy and standards

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, teammates, and management; responding promptly to any requests

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1-3 years ofprevioushousekeeping experiencepreferredguest service or hospitality a plus

Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting

Detail-oriented, self-motivating,and strong communicator, both written & verbal

Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
