Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring for winter 2026/27 as a Housekeeper for seasonal positions. Clean guest units and common areas, ensuring health and safety standards while delivering warm hospitality to guests and teammates.

Starting wage is $22.00 to $29.22 per hour; full-time hours with housing available, plus ski passes, discounts, and extensive training through Epic Service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of housekeeping experience; guest service or hospitality a plus.
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong communicator.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest units, offices, and common areas in accordance with brand standards.
• Replenish amenities and maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Report safety concerns, damages, or lost items to management.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and teammates.
• Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees as needed.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr

Job Responsibilities

Clean guest units, offices, andcommon areas(including restrooms) at the property ensuring adherence to Vail Resorts quality, health, and safety standards

Replenish amenities in areas including, but not limited to guest units, offices, andcommon areas(including restrooms)

Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies in workthecart and storage closet

Report any lost and found items, damage, safety concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or injuries to management

Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees ensuring adherence to company housekeeping policy and standards

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, teammates, and management; responding promptly to any requests

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1-3 years ofprevioushousekeeping experiencepreferredguest service or hospitality a plus

Must be able to communicate in English, bilingual a plus

Ability to work a flexible schedule including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Must be able to stand for extended periods, up to 4 hours while consistently bending and lifting

Detail-oriented, self-motivating,and strong communicator, both written & verbal

Must be flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of the housekeeping responsibilities

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
