Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Virginia RN license or compact/multi-state eligible.
• Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) within 3 years of hire.
• 2 years of related nursing or transplant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant/VAD evaluation, process, and follow-up care.
• Provide clinical leadership to care team members to plan, direct, manage outcomes and evaluate care.
• Facilitate logistics of organ transplantation prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
