Job summary

TriHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse in Ohio. The RN will provide nursing services within a multidisciplinary team, perform initial and ongoing assessments, and participate in care planning with a focus on prevention and early detection.

The role requires an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma, Ohio licensure, and BLS. Breast Center positions may require ONCC certification within one year of hire. 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and family based on assessment, standards of care and optimal outcomes.
• Performs technical skills according to hospital policies and procedures and documents interventions.
• Evaluates the plan of care and revises as needed; supervises delegated care.
• Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments with emphasis on health promotion and early detection.
