Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Heart Failure program to deliver direct and indirect nursing services. The role focuses on assessment, ongoing care, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote prevention and early detection.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, a current Ohio license, and BLS. Breast Center roles may require ONCC certification within one year of hire. 80 hours bi-weekly, day shift, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Current Ohio nursing licensure required.
• Knowledge of the specialty or population served is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
• For Breast Center roles, CNBC certification within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans care for participants and family based on assessment and standards of care.
• Performs technical nursing activities according to policies and procedures.
• Evaluates and revises the plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents interventions and outcomes, maintains current care plans.
