Job summary

TriHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. This role provides nursing services, conducts initial and ongoing assessments, and works as part of an inter-disciplinary team to deliver preventive, acute and chronic care in a patient-centered setting.

The successful candidate will hold an Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma and current Ohio licensure, with BLS certification and 1–2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Nursing Diploma required.
• Current Ohio licensure to practice nursing.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Breast Center positions require CCN within one year of hire.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements patient care based on assessments and standards.
• Perform and document nursing interventions and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with the health care team to revise care plans as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments with emphasis on health promotion and prevention.
