Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Advanced Heart Failure Center is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established program. The role includes both inpatient and outpatient care in a growing AHF program at Piedmont Augusta.

The position covers Days/Mon-Fri with potential 7 on 7 off shifts; an exempt level employee may be required to work outside normal hours. Board-certified PA or NP with Georgia license is required, with NP needing an MSN. Experience is preferred, but not required.

• PA: Graduate of a Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board.
• NP: Graduate from a school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing.

The Advanced Heart Failure Center (AHF) at Piedmont Augusta is a well-established program with an excellent track record for patient success and outcomes. We are growing at a fast pace, and are looking to expand our advanced practice provider team with motivated and qualified individuals that desire to learn and grow with our program. The Piedmont Augusta AHF program provides comprehensive advanced heart failure care in both the inpatient and the outpatient setting.

Shift:

PRN - Days/M-F or 7 on 7 off (work outside of the normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)
