Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinic/physician office experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes urgent/emergent needs and initiates appropriate emergency procedures.
• Follows clinic EMR procedures for results, filing, charging, and record maintenance.
• Facilitates interdisciplinary communication and collaborates with health care team.
• Documents patient interactions accurately in the EMR and reports results to the team.
• Performs basic MA duties (vitals, rooming, immunizations) under provider supervision.
