Qualifications

• ABIM board certification/eligibility in advanced heart failure and transplant.
• ACGME-accredited heart failure fellowship completed.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient consultative and outpatient care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participation in Shock Team and advanced heart failure programs.
