Qualifications

• Expertise in advanced heart failure therapies and transplant consideration.
• Experience with LVAD or heart transplantation referrals.
• Knowledge of ICD/CRT device management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with HF monitoring tools such as CardioMEMS, ReDS, LifeVest.
• Ability to perform right heart catheterizations and biopsies.
• Interest in mechanical circulatory support including ECMO.
• Collaborate on readmission reduction and post-acute care initiatives.
• Participation in national heart failure and transplant research studies.
