Job summary

Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring the Advanced Guest Services Attendant for the winter season. You will support call center agents, answer questions about resort activities, transfer calls, and take guest messages with professionalism.

Starting wage is $22.00 to $26.88 per hour for winter seasonal 2026/27, with full-time and part-time hours available. The role emphasizes guest service excellence, teamwork, and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in guest service required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.
  • Read/write/speak English required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support call center agents in delivering guest service at the resort.
  • Answer guest questions about resort activities and transfer calls.
  • Take guest messages and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with escalations and manage guest requests per procedures.
  • Assist guests with luggage, room moves, and accessibility needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The Advanced Guest Services Attendant will support the call center agents in delivering the highest level of guest service to the resort guests. This position will also answer guest questions about resort activities, transfer calls, take guest messages. When necessary the Team Lead of Guest Services will handle escalated calls and guest issues, promptly with the utmost professionalism.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$22.00/hr - $26.88/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ongoing training and development of new and existing staff

Supervise shifts- handling escalations, room-moves, team needs, and tasks assigned by manager

Receive housekeeping requests from guests, owners, employees and dispatch to appropriate housekeeping department.

Receive maintenance requests from guests, owners and employees and dispatch out to appropriate Property Management office and log all calls.

Dispatch Keystone Emergency Services per established procedures, log all dispatches, contact additional agencies/resources as needed.

Explain guest pay folios over the telephone and e-mail receipts.

Complete shift duties, follow procedures to ensure completion, pass to next shift as necessary.

Assist Owners and Guests with luggage, room-moves, wheelchairs, cribs and rollaway beds.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent - required

Previous experience in guest service – required

Ability to work outside, on your feet, in all weather conditions for long periods of time

Microsoft office proficiency - required

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays- required

Read, write, speak, and comprehend English - required

Previous experience in Lodging/Hospitality/Call Center - preferred

Previous supervisory experience - preferred

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
