Qualifications

• Must pass math and literacy test.
• Certified in batch sheet usage (from certificates)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of raw materials and WIPs for food products.
• Follow SOPs for Prep equipment and standard batching procedures.
• Label, store, and track ingredients with accurate weights and dates.
• Ensure compliance with food safety practices and GMP guidelines.
• Report mechanical issues and participate in shift reporting.
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons.
