Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen, LLC in Oregon is seeking team members for the third shift on the food production line. You will follow SOPs, weigh and measure ingredients, label and store items, and support a safe, efficient kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions from Shift Lead, Lead Prep, Kitchen Supervisor or Kitchen Manager.
• Understand and follow all SOPs for Prep equipment.
• Understand and follow standard batching procedures including correct weighing and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct tag labeling and storage procedures; label contents and ingredients.
• Maintain food safety practices at all times.
• Report mechanical problems to supervisor or maintenance.
