Job summary
Aerotek is hiring a Mechanic in Tulsa, OK to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts. You will use predictive analytics and diagnostic tools to keep the fleet running efficiently.
The role requires experience with diesel/fleet maintenance, hydraulic and air brake systems, driveline and emissions repairs, and proficiency with diagnostic platforms like Noregon and Snap-on.
Qualifications
- Experience with diesel and fleet maintenance.
- Proficiency with hydraulic and air brake systems.
- Ability to perform driveline and emissions repairs.
- Experience with diagnostic platforms such as Noregon and Snap-on.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass forklift test.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and applications for vehicle assessment.
- Conduct repairs on engines, driveline, and safety systems.
- Adapt and build repair capabilities for alternative fuel vehicles such as electric and CNG.
- Diagnose failures and execute repairs by disassembling/reassembling parts.
- Maintain vehicle logs and pre-trip checklists.
- Respond to service calls promptly and effectively.
