Robinhood is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support users through complex financial topics via chat, email, and phone. Based in Westlake, TX, you will ensure customers feel understood and valued while resolving inquiries.

This role requires exceptional service skills, effective communication, and a passion for financial services. Competitive compensation, including hourly pay from $21.30 to $25, and comprehensive benefits are offered. Work 5 days on-site during onboarding, transitioning to at least 3 days a week thereafter.
