Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Trading Specialist for the Middle Office Trading team in Chicago, IL. You will support daily risk management, handle customer-impacting escalations, and drive cross‑team process improvements using AI tools.

Expect to work across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience to optimize trading operations. Role requires FINRA Series 7/63/4 licenses, strong communication, and expertise in options, equities, and margin.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 license
• Active FINRA Series 63 license
• Familiarity with Robinhood’s Options Onboarding process
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated expertise in options, equities and margin
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours and adapt to evolving needs
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or AI tooling to automate and scale processes

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trading operational tasks such as expiration processing and account-level risk management
• Identify process inefficiencies, design improvements, and implement scalable AI/automation solutions
• Act as a point of contact for teammates on complex cases and escalate as needed
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Experience to prioritize features and test trading products
• Support MO Trading desks with out-of-hours responsibilities across time zones
• Build and refine AI-assisted workflows for risk reviews, reconciliations, data analysis and regulatory inquiries
