Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 6+ years in commercial facilities, with the ability to use hand and power tools and follow strict safety procedures. Excellent physical stamina is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings across trades.

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems and plumbing.
• Assist skilled tradesmen under supervision and follow safety protocols.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and keep logs of non-complex machinery.
