Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical docs.
• Learn complex manufacturing equipment and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate advanced ECM equipment.
• Set up production jobs, tooling, fixtures, and processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and docs.
• Verify machine setup and process parameters before production.
• Perform inspections (incoming, first article, in-process, final).
• Monitor processes and identify abnormalities before quality impact.
• Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and process issues.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and care.
• Complete production, quality, inventory, and work order documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized manufacturing areas.
• Participate in root cause investigations and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve operations.
• Follow safety procedures and QMS requirements.
