Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a part-time PM shift. The role pays $18.00/hour with a potential raise to $18.50/hour after six months of consistent employment, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus.

The DSP will provide person-centered care, build supportive relationships, and advocate for individuals in daily living and community engagement. Benefits include access to healthcare options for 30+ hours, paid training, generous PTO, and opportunities

• A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

Pay:

• $18.00/hour
• Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase up to $18.50/hour.

Shifts:

• We are currently hiring for a Part-Time PM position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS you will:

What you offer LSS as a DSP:

• The desire to help individuals with disabilities achieve their personal hopes and dreams through person centered care and support.

• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.
• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
