Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities. No education or prior experience required; basic English literacy and a valid driver's license are needed.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at LSS you will:

What you offer LSS as a DSP:

• The desire to help individuals with disabilities achieve their personal hopes and dreams through person centered care and support.

• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.


• The ability to successfully pass a DHS background check.
