Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a CT Technologist to produce cross‑sectional images for diagnostic interpretation at Hackettstown Medical Center, part of the Atlantic Health system. The role includes preparing patients, interpreting physician instructions, and administering contrast per protocols.

Candidates should be ARRT registered with an Associate's degree in Diagnostic Radiology and state licensure in Diagnostic Technology; CT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration or equivalent certification.
• Associate's degree in Diagnostic Radiology is required.
• State licensure in Diagnostic Technology is required.
• CT Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interprets CT Protocols and correctly positions the patient for the exam.
• Operates CT scanner equipment following ALARA radiation standards.
• Evaluates CT scans for technical quality.
• Uses EPIC, Radiant, and PACS to schedule and transmit images.
• Prepares and administers contrast material using the power injector.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
