Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop therapy plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway procedures
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and analysis
• Educate patients and mentor new staff or students
• Ensure safe medication practices and adherence to quality standards
• Support performance improvement and evidence-based practices
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records
