Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Required certifications: NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills, along with the ability to foster professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care through assessments, therapy administration, and education.
• Manage ventilators, perform airway management, and interpret waveforms.
• Educate patients, families, and new staff or students.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies, promoting quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
