Qualifications

• Certifications NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS required upon hire.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, quality respiratory care, including assessments and therapy planning.
• Perform procedures such as aerosolized medication delivery, airway management, ABG sampling, and ventilator management.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; mentor new employees and students.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, documentation, and quality initiatives.
• Assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures; promote evidence-based practices.
