HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital seeks an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive clinical services, monitor patient regimens, and support pharmacy operations. You will interpret orders, verify dosages, and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy.

The role emphasizes safety, formulary management, and participation in antimicrobial stewardship, education of staff, and continuous quality improvement. A PharmD or equivalent and license is preferred.

Formación

• Pharmacist qualification and licensure.
• Degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/PharmD) or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret orders and verify them into the pharmacy computer system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor drug therapies for interactions, allergies, and dosing.
• Participate in antimicrobial management and clinical programs.
• Mentor staff and document interventions; support quality initiatives.
