Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Bloomington, MN site. You will perform calibration, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment in a cleanroom environment, while managing inventory and fabricating fixtures with hand tools and manual machines.

The role emphasizes equipment uptime, safety, controls, automation, and continuous improvement, with a 2PM-10PM shift and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Strong PLC, wiring, and documentation skills are valued.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED.
5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with cleanroom protocols and manufacturing procedures.
Ability to operate manual machining equipment and to wire/ troubleshoot control panels.
Proficient with PLCs and data entry, able to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and tooling changeovers for production equipment per cleanroom standards.
Fabricate components with hand tools, drill presses, and manual mills; assist SAP equipment profiles.
Wire and plumb using schematics; procure spare parts to maintain inventory.
Integrate machine components during equipment implementation and troubleshoot downtime.
Modify product profiles with PLCs and document equipment details.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to PPE; participate in continuous improvement activities.
Communicate with Maintenance Manager and production team to meet department goals.
