Job summary

Stephens Hospital, part of MaineHealth, seeks a Cardiac Sonographer II to perform moderate complexity exams with independent judgement. The role requires ARDMS/CCI certification and a minimum of one year of cardiac ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent.
• ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography required; BLS certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate complexity cardiac ultrasound exams and procedures with independent judgement.
• Recognize abnormal findings and document results accurately.
